In 14.5.14 "Runtime Semantics: ClassDefinitionEvaluation",
steps 10.{a,b}.i say:
Let constructor be the result of parsing the String "constructor..."
using the syntactic grammar with the goal symbol MethodDefinition.
Change "String" to "source text".
