In 14.6.2.1 "Statement Rules",
group 3 / production 1 says:
FunctionStatementList : [empty]
and in 15.2.1.20 "Runtime Semantics: Evaluation"
group 1 / production says:
Module : [empty]
In both cases, "[empty]" is presented in a monospaced font, should be in a sans-serif font.
