In 8.1.1.5, Table 20,
"M is a Module Record (see 15.2.1.14)"
and in 8.1.1.5.5,
"M is a Module Record (see 15.2.1.14), and N2 is the name of a binding..."
and in 9.4.6.13,
"1. Assert: module is a Module Record (see 15.2.1.14)."
These should refer to 15.2.1.15 instead.
