In 12.2.0.2 "Static Semantics: HasName",
step 1 says:
Let expr be CoveredParenthesizedExpression of
CoverParenthesizedExpressionAndA.rrowParameterList.
Delete the extraneous dot.

If IsFunctionDefinitionOf expr is false, return false.
