In 15.2.1.16.1 "Runtime Semantics: ParseModule ( sourceText )",
the Note says:
An implementation may parse the source code identified by a host supplied
module identifier as a /Module/ ...
This is obsolete terminology. Change to something like:
An implementation may parse a module source text as a /Module/ ...
