#3845 — ‍ rendered as box in Chrome Mac OS X

Created attachment 78
Example of unrenderable characters

Please see the screenshot.

I noticed that ‍ (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero-width_joiner) is rendered as box in Chrome on Mac OS X (Safari and Firefox don't render it). This may be a bug with Chrome, but I wanted to raise awareness here. Maybe it's possible to avoid that character all together.

Forgot to mention that this is about the HTML version, e.g. https://people.mozilla.org/~jorendorff/es6-draft.html#sec-iteratornext.

Sorry if this is not the right place to report issues about the HTML version.

you should probably submit this issue at https://github.com/jorendorff/es-spec-html

This probably should be reported as a bug against chrome.

It's not something that we want to fixed in the source document
