#3789 — References to ISO 10646 and Unicode must be kept in sync

The Unicode Standard and ISO/IEC 10646 are parallel standards that are kept in sync. References to them therefore must also be kept in sync. Specifically, a reference to The Unicode Standard, Version 5.1, must be paired up with a reference to ISO/IEC 10646:2003: Information Technology – Universal Multiple-Octet Coded Character Set (UCS) plus Amendment 1:2005, Amendment 2:2006, Amendment 3:2008, and Amendment 4:2008.

See table C-1 at http://www.unicode.org/versions/latest/appC.pdf

Fixed

The bug is fixed as requested, but now the URLs for the ISO documents come in two different forms:

http://www.iso.org/iso/iso_catalogue/catalogue_tc/catalogue_detail.htm?csnumber=39921 http://www.iso.org/iso/iso_catalogue/catalogue_tc/catalogue_detail.htm?csnumber=40755 http://www.iso.org/iso/iso_catalogue/catalogue_tc/catalogue_detail.htm?csnumber=41419
http://www.iso.org/iso/catalogue_detail.htm?csnumber=44871
http://www.iso.org/iso/catalogue_detail.htm?csnumber=46311

Can these be unified to the form used in the last two links?
